Quick Bio

My name is Ryan Timmons.

I am employed with Cisco on the Linksys team (in a group cleverly called “Linksys By Cisco”) as a Web Services Software Engineer.

I graduated from the University of Wasington in June of 2009 with a degree from the departments of Computer Science and Mathematics.

Before graduation I was employed by the Department of Learning and Scholarly Technologies at the University teaching a series of Web Publishing workshops.

In my free time, I like learning new programming languages (I’m currently reading up on Scala and OCaml). I also enjoy playing the piano and the guitar (with little success at either).
